Therapy

I do not accept insurance. I am able to provide you with an itemized superbill which can be submitted to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursements. Additionally, I can accept payments via HSA, FSA or any major credit card. I am licensed to provide therapy for those located in Kentucky and Ohio.

Appointments are $135 per 50-minute session.

Coaching

There are both legal and practical differences between coaching services and therapy. Coaching typically focuses on addressing current, short-term problems and concerns. Therapy typically focuses on processing past trauma, treating mental illness, and (usually) includes a formal diagnosis. While therapists can serve as professional and personal coaches, coaches are not able to provide therapy.

I am able to provide coaching services regardless of where you live, anywhere in the world.
